Do I need an account to place an order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see your full purchase history in one place, but it's optional.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available.
Are the Arabic editions the same text as the English translations?
Where we stock both an Arabic edition and an English translation of the same work, the Arabic is the original source text and the English is a translation of it — the two are listed as separate products, so check the language shown on each book before ordering.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch; international orders can take 7–14 business days. See our shipping information page for full details.
Can I return a book if I change my mind?
Yes — unused items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our returns and refunds page for how to start one.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders for mosques and schools?

How do I track my order?
If you have an account, sign in and visit your purchase history to see the status of any order. Tracking details are also included in your dispatch confirmation email where available.
A book I want is out of stock — will you restock it?
Most out-of-stock titles are restocked. Contact us and we can let you know when it’s back.
